Don Hinds Ford inept at repairing Fords Ripoff Fishers Indiana

Last year I purchased a "Certified Used" 2005 Ford Taurus from Don Hinds Ford in Fishers Indiana. The problems started right off the bat. The radio clock couldn't keep time. So after several attempts to get scheduled to have the radio replaced, it was finally replaced. Also, at this same time, the rear window defogger had 6 lines that wouldn't work. So it also needed to be replaced. Took the car in and after a week got it back and was putting things back in the trunk when I noticed that the gasket around the rear glass was crooked and the bottom seal was glued on. So after confronting them about this, also noticed that the car was scratched in several places. So they said that they would keep it and get the glass replaced properly and would repaint the car. Several days later I went back and the paint was shoddy at best. So they kept it again and got it repainted again. Got it back and it was correct. During this time, the car also started have a brake vibration and a window that sqeaked loudly (loud enough that it would scare you). Took the car back for these problems. After a couple of days they would say that the car was done. Got the car back and that brakes still vibrated and the window still squeaked. Took it back again and they claim they lubed the window and replaced the brakes. After several more visits they said that they called Ford and they told them that the brake vibration was normal because of the brakes that it has. (The car doesn't have anti-lock brakes which is what they were saying was the problem). So at this point, I was so aggrevated with this dealership that I tool the car to another Ford dealer and they found the problem with the window and the brake problem as well. The brake problem was the rear brakes drums needed to be machined. (Don Hinds Ford told me that the replaced the rear brakes). I asked the mechanics at this other dealership if the brakes were replaced and they said NO. So not only is Don Hinds Ford inept at repairing cars, but they are liars. I am writing this to warn other buyers to avoid this dealer. I have since spoken to other people and have gotten the same kind of stories. Buyers beware of Don Hinds Ford in Fishers Indiana.
