I did get the reports from Guranteed Traffic.com but it was virtually useless and mostly general information not worth the paper it was printed on.

I had high hopes of making considerable returns from my investment of over $2,500. But sadly, it just knocked yet another hole in my life. I'm just glad I didn't get heavily invested in marketing HIS bad karma and maybe get sued myself.

They promised hundreds of guaranteed customers for my investment and all the help I needed to acheive a successful level of business. Unfortunatley, all I got was an 800 number that no one ever called me back on with help. I left messgaes requesting a refund but no one called me back about that either.

I had hoped to even have the vitamins to sell in my inventory at my retail store but apparently there was no actual product to sell.

So does anyone know where Don Lapre actually lives? I think I would like to pay him a visit some day and ask for my money back personally. Has anyone contacted the Phoenix DA to see if their are any warrants for his arrest? Has any one filed criminal charges? I wonder if he could make so much money in jail? Sadly the answer to this is probably yes...

HERE"S AN IDEA/SUGGESTION TO HELP with COLLECTING YOUR STOLEN MONEY:
Here is another idea given to me by a friend who does forced collections on bad debts and child support skips. First call your bank and find out what accounts your money was transferred to. They usually won't tell you this information unless you are the police/FBI, etc.. However, when you tell them your sad situation and that you are filing a law suite. They wil have to give it up one way or another or they will be subpoenaed and could be held responsible for collusion. They will frequently go ahead a tell you what you need to know at this point but always be nice and business mannered. Either way, you can get this information when you file the suite by asking for a deopsition prior to trial. Then file a small claims suite in YOUR county (not his...) for the amount that you were de-frauded. The odds of his lawyers showing up or even responding are extremely slim so you should be able to get a default judgement against him. Then ask the judge to sign a writ of ganishment against all of his accounts and proceed to send it to his financial institutions. Within 10 days you will usually have a response. If there is any money in any of his accounts it will be frozen until you have been given yours. This doesn't always work if the purpetrator moves money around frequently because it's difficult to find all of their accounts especially if they have lot's of money. It also usually does not work in foriegn banks or the Bahamas and some states like Nevada or if the purp' keeps it all in cash in a safe deposit box. But my guess is Don Lapre has it stashed in corporate accounts. So be sure to get a judgement against his known Corporations AND him personally. It sometimes takes separate suites to peirce the corporate veil and you may be barred against a personal suite in some states if he has filed a valid corporate declaration in your state. ALso, the reason I recomend small claims court is that it is much cheaper and more relaxed and most cases you may represent yourself. Furthermore, most of us didn't lose more than $10,000 which is frequently the limit of most small claims courts. (This varies with each county however so you may have to go to a higher court in which you will definitely need legal representation.) And finally also, this is also NOT an attempt to give you legal advice; it is always a very good idea to consult with a local lawyer before attempting to go to court - period.

I recently listened to a new late night commercial that most definitely has his voice over in the background. But his face or name is conveniently not shown. Probably a wise move on his part. It just shows general people (probably actors) promoting his newest scam - "Make $12,000 a month Part time" with an 800 # to call: 800-613-1453. It goes on to say that it costs you nothing to sign up and it takes just 7 minutes to get started!" BULL DEFICATION! It'll take just 7 minutes for his crack sales scammers to talk you out of giving them your credit card. DON"T DO IT!!! HE is still the slickest Scumbag on the air waves!!!!!
