Below is the last information I have for Don McClain. I am holding $15,000 in bad checks... But, apparently I am not alone. So, let's help each other find him and get some justice if not our money.

By the way, anyone reading this.. Beware if you lease your home to someone. The Texas courts do not consider bad checks for rent a CRIME. Bad checks for services are considered a felony if large enough, but in Texas, renting your home and receive HOT checks is not considered a Crime because you are not providing a service or product. Get deadbeats out of your home... the law doesn't protect you but does protect the Con Artist/Criminal.

He is living at his grandmothers house in Etoile, Texas. He sometimes stays with his new girlfriends at her lake house, I believe but I don't have an address. Her name is Nancy Beth Whitener; you can probably find her by searching.
