Don Murphy from Eastman Insurance failed to uphold a policy that he sold me. Don spelled the name of my street wrong on the application for the insurance policy. The insurance company who's policy he sold me would not pay a claim because of the mistake Don made. My addresswas off by one number. Even though Don had collected my payments for years he failed to cover his error and claimed I was not covered.
I had to tke Don Murphy and Eastan Insurance Angency to court to ollect. I prevailed in court and he judge chastized Don Murphy for not representing his customers. Don should loose his license. Don Murphy is dishonest, a llair, and sloppy when filling out applications for policies. Stay away from this crook!

Insurance carriers do not deny a claim for a misspelled address or clerical errors. If that was the case this person would have never received a bill or a policy. There has never been a claim or leangle action like this reported to the Agency or any of the carriers that we represent! It’s a shame that an anonymous person can make a claim like this without some kind of ramification.
