Donald Paiva and Katherine Murphy (Kate)rented from me 07/15/2010 - 01/17/2011. He has been3 montheslate on rent, and became violent when we asked for our money. We were unable to go onto the property to do yard work or home repairs. They left behind broken windows, tons of garbage, there is urine all over the floors (they had no pets) and water bills which they agreeded to pay. They also have stolen home items such as King size bed, Hutch, Entertainment Center, paint, and floor tiles. They become extremely violent when when we asked to do a home inspection, cops were called several times for our safety andpolice reports have been made at Madison Police Dept. They know the law and how to get around it.
