I bought the red & white GC Cat that was offered by divinity persian/Donna, on December 2007, I send the money totally US$ 3980, but on february Donna from divinity told me that the cat has leg problem so she offer me other cat but in reality the cat was loan by her to other cattery in Florida, and until today she did not return my money back.
She cheat me with did not send the cat that I order. - the cat was loan by her to anothe cattery in Florida - she did not want return my money back.
We have the PROOF to request it contact Cat Breeders Complaints Info and ask for it

I, Kasmudin Situmorang, did not post this complaint on this website. The dispute between both parties was never adjudicated in a court of law. Donna Dzienisiewski has agreed to refund the purchase price of the cat, which will resolve her dispute against me and mine against her. There was no credit card fraud involved.

This is the proof the buyer sent Donna of Divinity Persians Cattery the $4,000.00. Donna has yet to either give her buyer back this money or give her a kitten worth the $4,000.00 she charged this innocent buyer.
