Donovan Martin claims to be a Real Estate Broker when in fact he is not. He introduces individuals to property management companies that are all tied up into a huge scam. Very shady individual who aside from claiming to be a broker also was registered as a sex offender on family watchdog for criminal sexual conduct 4th degree (force or coercion).
