We maintained a subsidiary office at Research House, in Greenford, London, UK and this was operated by Broadcast Wave Ltd. The owners are: MOREEN. ALBAZI DOREEM. KAZIM LINA. TIAREH The latter acts as the manager. They cheated all the tenants in not disclosing that they were selling the building and on 04th October 2016, we were suddenly unexpectently given only a 1 month notice. When asking for our rental deposits back, they keep silent, they do not want to pay. Other tenants have likewise experiences. Do not rent any office spaces from them in any of their other buildings in London. They are scammers !!!!Show less

We also have been one of the clients affected by these three despicable ladies.
They are outright liars and deceivers, always denying that the Research House Building was in progress of receiving planning consent to convert to flats.
Us, like many other long year tenants, were suddenly served a one month notice "to clear out"!
No, we are fighting yo receive our deposits back.

These three individuals treated us the same way.
After we departed ( on our notice ) from this tenancy after more than 22 years, they failed to return the advance rental outstanding, parking and offices deposits.
I filed immediately in the London County Court and one week later they quickly paid the claim in full, without the legal fees.
This will be further pursued by the County Court.
These three ladys are the most difficult and dishonest persons, I have dealt with in many years.
