to all investors of summetime entertainment burbank california. per ryan carroll's assistant joseph frontauria that works there the carroll brothers use and hide investors funds to purchase homes in huntington beach for his wife spitlana. if he does not keep a lavish lifestyle for the swedish w***e she will leave him for another man like she did before. they have a man named neil that is the owner of the company that the carroll brothers hide behind because they are not new to this scam. google ryan's name look at the attorney generals prior orders on this lavish scam.
this organization is a total scam and you will never see any profit out of this investment. they rent everything when they set you up to invest per his assistant. his assistant has been there for 8 years and assists with this scam. he tells everyone ryans business on a day to day basis right down to his every month trips with his wife and the balances in his accounts.
people all i know is call an attorney now the attorney general or the fbi asap as you were robbed by a conman and his clan. joseph and his father joe were going to turn ryan in years ago over a raise and the women he hired as the office manager with a new car. joseph was calling ryan all fowl and how much he hates that man and the father mother and joesph were going to the attorney generals office with the investor list joseph down loaded and gave to his dad joe frontauria.
at first they were going to use the list to see if they can get any bites but the did not so they cooled off when ryan gave him a big dollar raise. fokes this is a micky mouse club and you were robbed.
then ryan kept taking josephs company card away and they were so tempted to go to the attorney general on them and the father wrote a letter to ryan on the raise and like it was coming from his son. so these two are scams and scum gels with scum. so you will never see a movie as it is how many years now. people class action law suit now today on these robbers.
i hope this stops future investors from investing in ryan's lavish life..... all told by his personal a* licker.

Investors you were all scammed and the Disney movie Oz the Great And the Powerful out March 8 2013 proves your dorthey of oz is a scam where is your movie where is your commercials where is your trailer of your movie investment... Tooooo funny .. You been scammed call the California attorney generals office they are looking for more filed complaint reports like I said they have complaints and looking for more..

My law firm represents Ryan Carroll and the production team behind Dorothy of Oz, an animated feature film. I have reviewed the statements that were posted on ripoffreport.com about the film and about the individuals involved with the film. The statements are not true and they constitute defamation and tortious interference with my clients right to contract.
The Dorothy of Oz film is being produced by Summertime Entertainment. Summertime Entertainment includes filmmakers Ryan Carroll, Roland Carroll and their executive team.
The film is in the final stages of production and has been screened for audiences. Investors have been regularly updated on the progress of the film. No investor funds have been hidden or misused.
Ryan Carroll was a defendant in a 2011 California case relating to the offering and selling of securities. No misuse of investor funds or any other fiduciary breach was even alleged. He voluntarily agreed to a stipulation without admitting or denying the allegations that were made against him.
My clients take all statements that are made about the film and the individuals involved with the film very seriously. They have instructed me to review all disparaging statements to determine if legal action is warranted. This rebuttal is not intended to, and does not, foreclose or limit any rights or remedies to which my clients may be entitled, all of which are expressly reserved.
