Chris Dotson says he has been in drafting and design for 15 plus years and no one has ever asked him for color or 3D drawings?  Says he is unaware of any  software program that does that? Has never heard of some of the most used computer software for floor planning.  He provides generic & cheap, black and white drawings that anyone can do on microsoft word in the comfort of their own home. The copy he provided me was unpermitable by the city.  He will charge you outrageous amounts of money to do something that he rushes together and claims he spent countless hours completing.  I got ripped off -  Steer clear of this business so you don't.
