After 6 months of weekly Sunday cigarette purchases at this store, I tried to redeem the coupons from the previous week's purchase and was made to wait and wait. Then told she'd rather not. When I insisted, she said "I Can Refused Service to antone" and called the police for me to leave. This was all on her and yes I got a little upset becasuse I was a regular customer, but, as she said, I was not a slot player and did not deserve any service. The store was primarily for the slot players convenience.

I called customer service Sunday, Monday and today, Tuesday with no response.

I suggest a Councilperson or Commissioner try to get ahold of Customer Serrvice and see how responsive they are to their customers.

If they are for gamblers only, as she said, then why are they even in business?

There model says 50% income from other sources, but that's not their training, they are trained as slot machine hosts.

Do not patronize this cheap cigarette source this is so selfish as to not care about its non-gaiming customers who allow it to have slot macheines by their non-gaiming purchases.

This is not a store with slots, this is a Slot Parlor and is run as such. The City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson and Clark County should review their practises versus licensing conditions and revoke their licenses.

All over not wanting to take a coupon? No. Over the attitude and training of their employees.
