THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I am a school teacher and I bought 4 coffee vending machines for $24,400.  Tony Cena is a fraud as he lied to me several times to get me to sign a contract and wire him money.  The machines shipped to me were cheaply made in China and all were dead on arrival. 

He guaranteed me 3 specific prime locations and didn’t deliver on any of them.  He lied when he told me that these new machines could serve 2 different types of coffee beans.  He lied when he said that the machines come with an IVend software app that tells you when the machines are running low on product. 

I immediately asked for my money back and he will not return any of my phone calls.  I have had these broken machines sitting in my garage for weeks!  PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS GUY TELLS YOU.  He acts like he runs this large national company when all he has is a tiny office in Atlanta with one salesperson.  If you call his 800 number you get an answering service. Scumbags like him prey upon good people.  Please don’t throw your hard earned money away like I did.

Was it worth it Tony Cena?  You lied and cheated two teachers who also run a shelter for abused women, families in transition, and the homeless.  How do you sleep at night?  How do you live with yourself?  I can't believe that you are a family man.  This is why you have refused to call me for weeks.  You are completely embarassed and ashamed of your actions.

Every day more listing websites are dropping Double Crown Coffee (vending machines) advertisements due to your fraudulent behavior.  I know of at least 5 major online advertising sites that no longer carry your listings and more are dropping you every day.

You have complaints filed against you with the Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau, and other national organizations.

READERS - PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE WORD OUT AND EXPRESS YOUR OPINIONS REGARDING Double Crown Coffee and Tony Cena.  We have to stop him from taking advantage of innocent people who work hard for their money.

Below is my response to Tony Cena's last rebuttal:

Yes - we were provided with 4 machines but they were defective with major components malfunctioning and major leaks.  Again from our previous report - If these “brand new machines” are already flawed why would I want to own them for the long term?  Again -  I have absolutely no interest in keeping his defective machines made in China - even if he repairs them.

Tony Cena promised us the following locations as long as we wired him $24,400 on Monday, October 16th:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Portsmouth, N.H.  This location has 1,200 employees.  Instead his location company provided us with a tire shop.

Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield on Elm Street in Manchester, N.H.  This location has roughly 250 employees.  Instead his location company provided us with a small hair dressing school.

An energy company that has at least 200 employees working 2 shifts in Manchester, N.H.  Tony wouldn't give us the exact name of the energy company because he said that he needed our money first.  Instead his location company assigned us a sports academy - Tony told us to avoid this type of location because you want repeat customers like an insurance company.  So ironic that he provided us with a location that he told us to avoid.

Tony Cena never had these locations that he promised us.  I later found out from his location guy that each of these companies that he promised us would cost us about $15,000 annually.   This is called FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION which is against the law.  You aren't allowed to lie and give false information in order to talk innocent people into signing a contract.  Again - he also told several lies about the capabilities of his vending machines which he refuses to address because he know that I have tangible evidence.

In regards to his salespeople Tony claims that he has 10.  All I know is that William his technician says that there is only one other besides Tony (who by the way doesn't want people to know that he is the owner - I wonder why?).  Every time I call the 800 number I get an answering service.

Tony - take a good look at yourself in the mirror.  There is no way that you can like what you see.  The person you have become - for money.

Was all of this worth the sale of 4 machines?

It's not too late to do the right thing Tony Cena.  Don't you want to proud of yourself and your company?

Turn things around Tony - do the right thing.  I will stop expressing my opinions and help you to put things back together if you resolve this and change the way that you do business.

In response to what to Mr. Caron is stating about the machines.  Yes the machines were not able to be fixed when the tech arrived the first time being that the machine needed two parts. The two parts were sent via Fed Ex provided with tracking information on Friday.  Mr. Caron's parts are being delivered tomorrow and we have offered to have the tech come back this week to fix the parts that needed to be replaced. 

To clear things up what he is stating on locations. This is what Mr. Caron has received from the location company.  A large institute in Manchester, A large school in Portsmouth, and a very large academy in Manchester.  Before Mr. Caron received any of these locations the location company verifies every location and sends contact information along with phone number, and as well there emails.

Double Crown Coffee Vending Machines has been removed from several advertising websites due to their fraudulent behavior.

Double Crown Coffee has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and other national organizations.

The owner of the company Tony Cena and his salespeople blatantly lie to people in order to get customers to sign contracts and to wire him money.

According to my attorney this is called FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTAION which occurs when a party makes a purposeful misrepresentation so that the buyer enters into a contract to purchase.

Double Crown Coffee Vendings technician William told my wife and I that the salespeople manipulate and lie to people to sell their coffee vending machines. When William the technician shows up he is blasted time and time again by the customers who were cheated and lied to.

Double Crown Coffee shipped 4 machines to me at the cost of $24,400.

The 3 machines that we did set up were dead on arrival with major components that did not function properly.  Owner Tony Cena says that they are minor repairs but I know that these are major components that are already flawed.  If these repairs were “minor” why didn’t his technician fix one machine when he was on site.  The reason is that he needed major parts and components.  If these “brand new machines” are already flawed why would I want to own them for the long term?  Again -  I have absolutely no interest in keeping his defective machines made in China - even if he repairs them.  Tony claims in his rebuttal that these machines were damaged in shipping.  This is not true as these machines arrived on a pallet and not one box was torn, scratched, or ripped.  His technician William told us that he has seen many machines arrive “dead on arrival.”

Anyone who knows anything about vending will tell you that locations are EVERYTHING if you want to make money.

Tony Cena claimed that his “international” organization has a location company that already canvassed the United States and secured locations in our area.  He got on his computer and read off the exact names of 3 major recognizable companies in our area and promised that he would guarantee these exact locations if we wired him $24,400 on Monday, October 16th.  He told us that once he had our money and the machines shipped that day he would give us these 3 locations in writing.  He said that he couldn’t commit to the locations in writing prior because these locations were very valuable and everyone would want them.

The reality is that he never had these locations to begin with. His location company provided us with the 3rd location (17 days or 2 1/2 weeks later).  The 3 locations pale in comparison to what we were guaranteed.  For example the location company provided us with is a tire shop when we were promised an energy plant with  200+ employees working 2 different shifts.  His location company told us that there was no way that they could have secured the 3 locations that we were promised because they are so huge that they use 1 vendor for all their needs. They usually have 3 drink machines, 3 snack machines, cold food machines, frozen food machines and coffee machines.  The vendor would have to pay roughly $15,000 annually to have such a location!

Please notice that Tony did not address his lies about the following in his rebuttal: He lied when he told me that these new machines could serve 2 different types of coffee beans (Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts) which my 3 guaranteed locations wanted.  He lied when he said that the machines come with an IVend software app that tells you when the machines are running low on product.  He didn’t deny these lies because he knows that I have tangible proof that he lied!

If Tony Cena ran a reputable company like he claims, he would refund our money and take back his defective machines.  Instead, he refuses to speak with us over the phone.

Please help us to get he word out about Double Crown Coffee Vending Machines as we take legal action against this shady company.  We don’t want Tony Cena to prey upon more innocent victims with his unethical and fraudulent business practices.

Clarification of Mr. Michael Caron Statements and Accusations.

Mr. Caron was provided with 4 brand new machines and 3 great locations directly from the location company that we work with.  We have all the proof of each location that was sent to Mr. Caron. Each location that Mr. Caron received were wonderful locations. The 4th machine was going to a location that Mr. Caron has which was a homeless shelter.  Unfortunately due to the mishandling of the shipping company a few parts were damaged during shipment.

We have expedited the replacement parts to Mr. Caron to accommodate his inconveniences. Liike most products today this machine is assembled in China but made with Italian parts. Mr. Caron was provided with everything that was stipulated on his agreement that both parties signed. We also offered Mr. Caron to have a technician come back for the 2nd time to repair and assemble his machines which he repeatedly refused. He is aware of our warranty and return policy which is outlined in his contract.  Mr. Caron is stating certain things about the company where there is only 1 sales person which is totally false in fact there over 10 sales people here at Double Crown Coffee. We take great pride in our business and stand by our product.
