An on line auction website call DOUBLE TAKE AUCTION. COM owner Rob Parker and Steve sceranka, they have been senting out mails to all the quizno owners out there, offer their online auction service to any one that is closing the
business to sell their equipement on their website with low fee and guaranty payment in 30 days after the auction ends. once the owner reply to the company by phone and or email, they set out an fake contract and offer to take all the
equipment to one of their warehouse, of they sent out someone to the store and take picture of all the equipment. after the sales is all say and done,double take auction got the money from all the buyers. but they are not paying the
customers ( seller ).

I use their service for 2 of my store and sales was end it 5 months ago and ther still have not sent me any payment, i had my attorney check in to this matter, and he had found out that there are lots of other customers that had
used their service and have not been paid yet either. so far both owner and the company is under litigation from me and over 12 others.
