Doug Fresh Shutters Plus Verbal Abuse of a Disabled Senior Citizen Proves Lack of Business Ethics Clearwater Florida

 Im STILL waiting for YOU to attempt violate MY rights like YOU did for that poor workman. I know that the police are going to tell YOU that MY first amendment rights CANNOT be trampled by YOU. That what YOU are whining about is a CIVIL matter and outside of THIER control. That YOU need to get a lawyer and PAY that Lawyer to attempt to violate MY rights. Or are you going to just admit that YOU were having a bad day that day and lashed out at the poor workman? Its STILL your choice.

 Per usual once called on YOUR BS, you are going to sit there and shift the issue off of yourself and on to someone else. Really, is name calling the BEST you can do? Also, the police are NOT going to do ANYTHING since I am expressing MY OPINION of YOUR situation. So once again YOU are trying to trample another citizens rights. Im pretty sure YOU are truly ignorant of ANYONES rights. Grow up and just admit that YOU are a nasty bitter person and YOU were having a bad day and took it out on a innocent person and move on. YOU are NOT going to get ANY help from ANY Law enforcment or attorney in stepping on MY right to call YOUR tale BS. THAT is my given right and YOU cant change that. If YOU dont like someone pointing out YOUR flaws then dont post in a PUBLIC FORUM!!! YOU can shift and deflect for only so long. YOUR original post tells ANYONE with half a brain that YOU were the BULLY that day. YOUR OWN WORDS CONDEMN YOU!!! So all the name calling and ineffective threats and deflection WILL NOT CHANGE WHAT YOU POSTED!!! If I see it then how many other people have seen it.

The individual who insists on replying to my complaint with verbally abusive language and their intials, whereas I used my correct first name and no verbally abusive language, proves they are no better than the store employee!  Adults know how to control their temper, not have childish temper tantrums.    The only thing this individual has done with their comments is prove they have Anger Management Issues, jealous issues, and are uneducated it seems!   That is why I turned this matter over to the local police for my area, the Pinellas County Sheriff, as it is evident this person is determental to society based on their inappropriate comments.

 If you dont like what someone has to say on a PUBLIC FORUM then dont post on one. As both a consumer AND an American citizen YOU cannot suppress my right to call what YOU have posted on a PUBLIC FORUM rubbish. You STILL refuse to admit FREELY that YOU instigated the situation. YOU threw the first "verbal punch" and when someone doesnt want to put up with YOUR MOUTH you go on a PUBLIC FORUM to bash them. THAT is pure defamation and what YOU have done is actionable and your own lawyer will tell you this. Just because the situation caused that person to be late is NO EXCUSE for being abusive!! Being passive aggressive about it shows YOU to have an anger issue. Im NOT the one that so abused a poor workman that they RAN away from YOU. YOU have yet to fully accept that YOU need others to do for YOU. YOU show no respect towards those that help YOU out. Personally Im NOT worried one bit about YOUR THREATS. They are as empty as YOU are inside. Are YOU perhaps thinking that YOUR RIGHTS are above any other citizens rights?? Im pretty sure that YOU really dont know that ALL citizens rights are equal. Im standing up for that poor workman because YOU are an abusive bully who seems to think that due to thier age, they can get away with anything. YOU can be held accountable if by YOUR post something bad happens to that workman. I also note that YOU dont put ANY personal information out on the web. In the reply from Tyg, he claims he is a Consumer, not Shutters Plus, yet both his language and excuses are similar to the verbal abuse I was subjected to by the Shutters Plus salesman, James Fresh.   Both seem to have Anger Management issues, and can not control their temper!   Tyg hiding behind his initals, not giving out his name, does not say much about his credibility or reliability, the same as not being punctual does.   I therefore contacted an Attorney, as I refuse to be intimidated by anyone, Shutters Plus or Consumer!

If YOU cannot treat someone with the same respect that YOU DEMAND then YOU need to go away. Thankfully your age means that society really doesnt have to worry about YOU and YOUR MOUTH for any longer then YOU are going to be alive. Given YOUR age one would expect something like kindness and understanding since YOU really cant do much for yourself and YOU NEED others to do for you. YOU are weak and old and must rely on others. Perhaps instead of taking out the FACT that YOU are weak and old out on the ppl who YOU expect to do for you. YOU ARE NOT THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND!!! The store replying to my complaint proves more verbal abuse on their part, and that they refuse to assume responsibility for anything they do!   The salesman was still ranting and raving outdoors in front of the trash collectors.   I therefore turned the matter over to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, and other Government Agencies.   In the meanwhile, I had another store come to my house who knew how to act in a professional manner and be on time, minus any excuses!

 Right.....and his responces had NOTHING to do with YOU being nasty about them being late. I dont care how old you are, YOU dont have the right to be an abusive piece of crap.
