Doug Olsen (owner of First Data, FirstData, CardService International, CardServiceWBS.com) is an extremely rude and nasty individual that is emailing own customers with rude comments and insults including words such as "stupid". Here's his latest response to my request after in the recent past they refused to send me a copy of our Contract:

UPDATE: The (documentation request) email that I sent to FirstData was not in any way addressed to Doug Olsen, yet he stuck his rude tongue into it anyway, very unprofessionally, in a way that he shouldn't. It was addressed to Customer Support and since FirstData has so many different alternative business names, domains, email addresses, dozens of support toll free phone numbers etc., I sent my email to a handful different email addresses that they had on file and only as Customer Support. I could say my email is demanding (for a good reason) but not rude as Doug Olsen states.

The reason why I sent that email in that tone was because before this email I was emailing the support for weeks and my emails were ignored. While I reside outside of the US even the "toll free" calls cost close to a dollar per minute, so I prefer to email for support (that I am paying for over many years). Instead of responding emails they simply ignore the customer for as long as they can. When I raise the tone (with any company) it usually helps and someone gets to help, when otherwise they just ignore the customer.

Now, and again, regarding Doug Olsen's false accusatory and slanderous statements about me being a scammer and a fraud, it is not only false accusations as part of his "revenge strategy" but also, allegedly, something much more. After I made some exhausting research, I suspect that allegedly Mr. Doug Olsen (representing or owner of FirstData ex LinkPoint, CardService International, CardServiceWBS, ignitepayments.com, Mtechpayments.com) may allegedly have prepared and dropped the following "bomb" for me in advance before he posted this rebuttal for himself:

Very allegedly, but many facts, correspondences and occurrences point into his direction for allegedly being the plotter of that false and slanderous "report". For instance, the way he urges people to search for my name on RipOffReport website to find that false and slanderous report, which the false "fraud" report was mysteriously posted a reasonably short time before Doug Olsen posted this rebuttal, and that has never happened to me before, because I just don't do those kind of things; the false report author's first name initial is D. (D. Stern) and the false report originates in Atlanta, Georgia, where HQ of First Data are located.

Of course all that and more are maybe just coincidences. And where is the proof of the alleged wrongdoing, such as exact time and date of order, the order number, the order invoice, what exactly was ordered from me? And how in the world was he able to order from me around November-December 2014 when I was not even set up and did not take any orders at that time!? Why would RipOffReport.com even allow to post such absurd accusations without any kind of proof posted? Not just that, but the entire message of the false and slanderous "report" tells (even the style of writing) me that this could have been allegedly written only and allegedly by the only person whom I communicated to was Doug Olsen.

I just did not have and do not have any other conflict situations for the time being for that time period. Never before and not now. Again, this is only suspicions and allegedly and that does not mean that Doug Olsen has done it, nor I am saying that he's done it. Yet such heavy accusations as "total scam" and "criminal" towards me are very serious and are absolutely absurd and untrue, pointing to the accuser as a potential unreliable business person and a shady business (owner) and even an alleged potential criminal.

It comes as no surprise how LOW can Doug Olsen @ FirstData can fall by resorting to such "measures" as slander, defamation, lies, posting of personal and private details of their customers on the internet, without any respect to privacy laws and to laws in general. He calls it slander when I write the truth and only the true facts, and he responds with absolute slander, defamation and lies. Also, his post lacks proper spelling, even that he is a native English-speaker, unlike myself. He slanders his company's long time customer (me) accusing me of things that I have never done, writing absolute fantasies, such as me sending 50 emails in 2 days, which I have never done, not even close. And he accuses me of being dishonest while knowing that my chargeback record is impeccably clean and I have an excellent reputation unlike his shady persona. If I had even one failure at my business that would be all over the internet in a form of complaints. I have an excellent reputation indeed and have never failed even once. I will address this with Doug Olsen's superiors, if the company he works for or owns has any respect at all to their customers and to laws. Is this FirstData, CardService International, CardServiceWBS.com at their best?

Audrius Tomonis (the person who wrote this report) Sent a rude, demanding email to our general email inbox. I took the time to respond to him, letting him know that he was NOT one of our accounts, and gave him the correct contact info for our corporate office.. so he could resolve his concern.

Obviously this wasn't good enough for him (or his simply didn't understand.. which is more likely), and he literally bombarded my email with over 50 emails inside of 2 days. Then because he still wasn't satified, he decided to personally slander my name online.

Search him here on RipoffReport. He's running quite the little scam overseas ripping people off and not shipping product. Perhaps if he spent more time running his own business, and less time dragging other people thorugh the mud be might be able to afford his $30/month merchant account, instead of pleading poverty and demanding that someone (who isn't even involved) fix his problem.
