Mr. "Doug Smith" alleged Tennessee license# 910348, solicited all of my families banking and credit union institutions.  One we have had a relationship with for over 30 years.  Then we received a change in the company that would be handling the AD&D alleged policy.  I use the word alleged, as you pay your monies, but upon death and then the distraught families find out the hard way, during a hard time, that their monies were never sent to "H%%%%% or A%%%%, or whatever company Mr. Smith has on his solicitation that week.  So, already being leary of the honesty and integrity of Mr. Smith, I googled and found that under Monumental Life alone, hundreds of complaints.  Then I found out that MR. Smith is really Affinion in Tennesse.

Then I went to every state's insurance commissioner website I had time to research to find that Mr. Smith, IF he exists, has been suspended in several states, Texas being one.  Then I checked Georgia.  He has not been legal or licensed in Georgia for years now.  The company was dissolved by Georgia's Secretary of State.  His current company is not legal, although not dissolved - yet, as it does not comply with Georgia's Unfair Business Trade Act.  So as to not give "MR. Smith" the opportunity to correct his actions before the Secret Service can finish their investigation on him and other federal agencies, I will leave that to MR. Smith's imagination - as he apparently does that a lot.

That is all for now, as an on-going investigation is in its infancy, but MR. Smith, you will get what is coming to you.  You will be taken down by the feds, and you will reimburse all these poor people you have taken.   I sincerely hope that I live long enough to see you hauled off on national news.  I have yet to not find a website that you are not on.. and Mr. MBA from Warren, Michigan - in 2008, REPORT# 303140, your estimate of 35,000 is LOW.  One of the banking institutions I was solicited by alone has 3 million members in it.  That is just one, at 10% you do the math. AND when the premiums came out, they were more than was listed in the solicitation.

Smith.
