Will not repair buildings, despite tenants regularly complaining about leaking ceilings, leaking faucets, chipped paint etc.

Harasses tenants; uses threatening/intimidating behaviour towards female tenants; REFUSES to follow legal processes relating to quit notices and eviction. Seems to believe leaving a handwritten note saying "Get out NOW" will satisfy the legal process.

Avoid at all costs.
