Douglas Sorsdahl sent me to collection, i owe nothing, i want this dissolved, i cancelled 6 mo. ago Mount Vernon Washington

i cancelled net zero in the middle of oct ,07 by phone and email to the web site, that i was cancelling subscription to go to my winter home in maui until june of 08, which i do each year.

after 6 mo. i got a collection letter from them threatening 3 days ago 14.50 i owed, then today i owe $ 29.50 now for 2 months.

i have a dsl account in maui till i return, at that time i would connect again to netzero. but it is so difficult to cancel. they dont take calls, they dont confirm cancellations. and all of a sudden i supposedly owe money.

well, i had auto deduction from my bank acct. so i contacted my bank to cancel payments. because net zero tries this every year when i leave for the winter to continue collecting money from me for no service.

i dont owe any money, i pay 59. a month for dsl in maui. i have no intentions of paying for net zero when i dont live there all winter. it is a sumer home.

i dont owe these idiots any money.
