I found job postings on both dice.com and indeed.com

I was notified by email that I would be interviewing for an online position.  The person name was Douglas Cole, email address was douglas_cole86@yahoo.com. I was instructed to set this person up on my yahoo instant messenger.

I did that; the interview would take place at 8:00am.  The next morning around that time Douglas Cole introduce himself as a 47 year old man who was the HR Manager for Apex InvestmentsLLC . would be conducting the interview.   We went through a series of interview questions, place me on hold for about 15 minutes, he stated they would let me know if I was a good fit for the position.

Shortly after that he came back stated that I was a perfect for the position.  He proceed to go into detail what the position would be consist of, they would sent me a laptop, printer, internet on the go.  And the only thing that I would have to pay for is the program which was $399.  I was asked to verify my resume by providing the phone number where he could call me and I could type in a code to verify this info.

This threw a red flag. I looked at the web site he provided... seeapex.com and saw the HQ address as being in Portland OR. I google Earthed the address and found a vacant building. I also Called the phone number on the webiste 503-496-0906 and found it disconnected. I then asked him via messanger why both USPS and other sites shows thier HQ as vacant. and also asked to provide me with further legal documents showing this was legit.

Every time I asked .. I never recieved a responce. until 7 hours later when he asked if I was still there...I replied back with yes and that I needed a valid phone number to contact hom or his company at... I never recieved a responce.. I advised him that I was going to report him to all the job websites as a fraud ... so far have not heard anything from him.
