Dow Superstore Placed an order, paid and no delivery. Refund was requested and they haven't refunded money after a month. They say they sent a check. Now they tell me they will wire money to my account but nothing Internet

I purchased 10 IPhones from Dow Superstore on July 23rd. I have not receieved them. They told me that there was a problem with the suppliers shipment and it would take about a week.

After 2 weeks they agreed to give me a refund. 2 weeks went by and I didn't receive anything. I contacted a male named Joseph who told me a check was sent. He e-mailed me a copy of the check which appeared doctored.

 I requested my refund be by wiire transfer and Joseph told me only the owner Chris Dow can do it and that he was in Asia until the beginning of Sept. I contacted Joseph again and he informed me that a bank transfer will be done on Sept 14th.

 I have made numerous attempts to contact them and only get a hold of a person about 5% of the time. I checked online and saw that other people are having the same problem. I believe that they are just scamming people out of their money.
