I placed my order with Doxy on September 8 and paid for overnight delivery. By September 13 I decided to send an email inquiring about my shipment.

5 days later I still recieved no email, so I decided to send another email threatining to report them to the better business bereau. I still recieved no response, just an automatic reply from yahoo stating that it will take 3 days for an answer.

By September 25 I decided to send another email. I also checked my credit card statement. I was able to get a phone number, but when called a lady's voicemail picks up. Today is now September 28 and I still have no shipment. I filed a complaint with the better business bereau and did a search on google. Thats when I found this website and was appaled to see that I am not the only victim here. There has got to be a way that we can press charges!

Customer didn't realize that they had ordered a non-stock item, which takes 7-14 business days to ship. Per customers request, they were granted an immediate refund and we cancelled their order.
