I had an important fashion show event to attend this halloween.So i actually ordered my costume early this year on Sept.25.Before doing so i read the shipping policies first and it stated that in stock orders will ship out 2-3 days.If they were not in stock 7-14 days.So before ordering w/DOXY i sent an email asking if my costume was in stock the reply of course was YES.

It is now Oct.20th and nothing.I have sent several emails at first they responded but the last email was sooooo rude stating they never told me it was in stock and they would ship it next week its now been 2wks. since there last response.I have emailed them several times and not one response has been sent back to me.So now im basically screwed really bad.This is by far the worst business i have ever delt with."WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE DROXY LINGERIE" they do not stick to there policy and are very unprofessional

I can attest to the owner of Doxy Lingerie online ignoring my emails too, and yes, she said the same thing to me that she responded to all of my emails (which is a complete lie).

I ordered $600 worth of her stuff for my upcoming wedding, & each time I emailed her, she said it was shipping out that day (which was a lie every time) until she just ignored my emails altogether. I let her know that if I didn't have a response from her soon, I would call my credit card company to reverse the charge (which they did). SEVEN weeks later, Canada Post attempted delivery which I refused (my credit card co. told me to do this as proof I didn't have her stuff).

I just posted my story last night on this site, & the owner posted a rebuttal immediately. Wow, she'll ignore peoples' emails when they want to know where their stuff is, but she watches this website and posts rebuttals like a hawk!

I know exactly what you mean when you say she's EXTREMELY rude, she lies, and is unprofessional in every sense of the word.

i never recieved any of those emails that Jennifer supposedly sent out to her customers if i had then my comments would not end up here.my order was cancelled and my credit card refunded on Oct.27 much too too late. so maybe they dont take your money so i cant call her a rip off but she is rude unprofessional and a liar

We sent out 2 emails to our customers explaining to them that we had an overwhelming amount of halloween orders come in that we just weren't prepared for. On top of that, we had an issue come up with one of our warehouses flooding that damaged alot of costumes that we had to cancel and refund. That was the only thing we could do. We emailed those customers and offered to ship them a different costume if they wished, or cancel their order and refund their credit card. We did the only thing we could do in the unfortunate situation. We also offered those customers a large discount on any future orders with our company if they chose to give us another chance. We aren't rude people. We do the best we can. Yes, we make mistakes. No, we aren't perfect. But we try our best. update on costume order

well a couple of things have changed since my last report. after sending droxy a rude email they finally responded back of course as a pissed off customer your not gonna send a nice email..right. i am shocked at the way they handled the situation by far they have the worst customer service.they didnt like my email so they actually cancelled my order can you believe it after they were in the wrong.its unfortunate that out of all the website i ordered from them lesson learned and i hope this info. prevents any one else from ordering from this company
