DPD Mall DPDMALL Lies and deceives. ripoff West Orange New Jersey

I made a purchase on July 1st 2006 from Ebay (DPDMall was the seller)for some magazine subscriptions for the following magazines for the following amount of years on Auction xx5655:

3 years of Blender
1 Year of FHM
3 years of Maxim
2 years of Penthouse
3 years of Stuff
1 year of Vibe (bonus selection)

Thats 6 magazines for a total of 13 years

I contacted cheapmagazines (now known as DPD mall) on September 28th 2006 and spoke to a Chris who stated that the order I placed never was processed and thus the offers are no longer valid.

He stated to me that the best he could do was get me 1 year of those magazines and that he would allow me to add 3 more selections for 1 year, I chose Car Audio and Electronics, Electronic House and Mens fitness, SO basically I would get 9 magazines total for a total of 9 years, I agreed that this was fair and asked for it to be processed.

I have since contacted Chris as I have yet to receive any of the magazines and he stated that I should wait til January 11th 2007 as they were processed on October 11th 2006, He stated that I would be receiving my 3 selections by then.

I asked him about the original 6 selections that were lowered to 1 year each and he stated that he vaguely remembers our conversation and that I might be right , but he accidentally processed the 3 magazines as a substitution for the original 6 and not an addition. He since has stated that he will not add the additional magazines nor offer a refund since he states that the new order was processed.

so basically I went from 6 magazines at 13 years to 3 magazines for 3 years and I have just recently received my first issue from the time the original order was placed on July 1st 2006.

I am asking for my payment of $16.45 to be given back and an apology, both of which I assume I will never get.
