I ordered a complete install kit for a 12' above ground pool and a new liner for a total including shipping of $359.98 on 6-2-07. I checked their web site this morning, 6-4-07, to see the status and to cancel the order due to unforeseen issues where the pool was to be set up. Their web page has disappeared form the internet! I was going to get their phone number and call them.
My mistake for not getting the phone number before ordering. But that may be a moot point as those who have called them here got no response anyway. SOME Customer (non) service!
I 'm off to the phone now to call my VISA to see what can be done if anything. I should have checked here before ordering and saved my $$$$.
Oh, I did send them an e-mail for a cancellation but I almost bet it goes unanswered or returned. Good luck to all of you.

DPD never acknowleged my cancel order. So, this week almost everything has arrived except the Gorilla Pool bottom and some spray. So I will keep what I have and try and use it as I can. Looks like the pool bottom has been shipped. I hope everyone else has some success with their order troubles.
The main thing I think is that DPD ignores their e-mails and any entry on the customer service page. All they care about is their sales page.

Still NO satisfaction!

At the end of the day on 6-4-07 I was finally able to access their web page. My order showed as "P" to ship in one to three days. At that time on 6-4-7 I sent the second e-mail via their customer service system to cancel my order and to respond to my e-mail. Never got a reply or a receipt that my email had gotten their.
Nothing heard until 6-7-07. A email from them stating my order had shipped!
I checked in and found my order listed as "PD" or my order had been declined and to contact customer services. Ya right!
Today, 6-9-07 my order status still shows "PD" but they added a big red "C" as it has shipped. Also it gave me a Fed Ex number. I just checked the Fed Ex number and it shows my order will arrive on the 12th and it weighed only 2 pounds! I ordered a complete 12 foot installation kit and liner. SO, 2 pounds won't be much of anything. And it shipped from Carol Stream Il.
So far I'm in the hole for over $350. Whats with you people at DPD anyway!
