I came acorss this money monster thug for court ordered 730 evaluation. Both my ex-wife and I are attorneys. We have a 5 year old daughter. My ex-went crazy and wanted to move out of state with my daughter. I opposed in the court and court ordered 730 evaluation with this corrupt guy.

He took 9 months to finish the evaluation. He ignored all visitation violations and considered all allegations of my-ex against me. In the mean time, he charged me almost $15,000. He ignored all the evidences I submitted against my ex.

The worst part is, he asked my daughter who she wants to be with. My daughter clearly told him, "I want to be with my Daddy." This a**hole asked me for $5000 more before completing evaluation. When the report came out, he did not make any clear recommendations. Instead, he suggested counselling for both parents and suggested to come back after a year. Further he stated that my daughter did not provide any specific information.

I opposed this report in the court and the court fired him. He refused to return any money. Later, I was able to work it out with my ex and she and I shared the custody with my ex in the best interest of my daughter. Further my ex mentioned that during evaluation, this predator was staring at her breasts and kept telling her how beautiful she was.

For those people or parents who go to this guy for child custody evaluation or any other reason, I can say that all you people are doing is giving away your hard earned money to this monster who has no ethics. He only thinks about him and no one else's interest. He drags the case so that he can benefit. He doesn't make any clear recommendations instead he tells parents to come back after a year or two and thus keep running his cheat shop.

I have reported this THUG to Board of Psychology. To great sadness he is able to continue his con practice until the long investigation is complete and does not have to disclose the complaint to his existing or new customers.

If you are a past customer of this crook, I request all of you to share your experiences. If you are a new customer, then run as fast as you can as you may be hurting your child's best interest with this crook.
