I worked as an optician in Dupage Ophthalmology clinic in Lombard until I was fired for speaking out against Medicare fraud that Dr. Balaji Gupta and his associates were perpetrating. Dr. Gupta bills Medicare and Medicaid for services not performed, and double and triple bills government for unwanted and unperformed services. Dr. Balaji Gupta also scams customers by overcharging them for frames and lenses, and even makes unwanted sexuall advances toward customers and employees in the clinic.
