Dr. Bass, LLC Marc Serio Took my money, sent no product, stopped answering my calls 3116 Shetland Ln., South Carolina

Marc Serio of Dr. Bass took $498 from me via credit card to purchase a bass guitar speaker on June 1, 2010, promising ~3 weeks to ship.  A month later I called, was stalled over some lame excuse, and he never returned a call or email after that point.  A check of on-line sources (including Ripoff Reports) shows this is "business as usual" for this guy.

I was lucky - on July 7th I contacted my credit card company, and they helped me get a refund through Serio's business bank, effective October 5.

Moral of the story:  If you have purchased anything from this fraud, contact your credit card company, bank (if paid by check) and local consumer protection agency (Better Business Bureau, state Attorney General's office) to stop payments, maybe get your money back, and notify the authorities if you get ripped off like me.
