Dr. Charles Betts Covert is one of the most corrupt psychiatrist in Houston:

-Intimidates female patients to go on personal dates, while Dr. Covert is married (common law to Diane Swanson).
-May exceed dosing requirements as outlined by drug manufacturer's dosing
-Tendecies to hospitilize patients ($500 hospitialization fee per night)
