DR. Charles program does work if you follow his diet plan. He shows you how to lose 10 pounds in a week. A lot of consumer complaints come from either buying a knock-off or boot leg product. And if you follow a fake, you will get no results. A lot of real consumers get real results from following the guidelines of the Fat Loss Factor. I suggest to future consumers that you search for honest reviews before buying the product. The reviews I read before buying the product does tell you that you will be fasting. Unfortunately, all the 'reviews' that are found seems to be from people trying to push the product. Most of them haven't even bought it, but are simply ripping off some other review from someone that also haven't bought it.

I did buy this product from the official website, about 3 months ago. It is a good product, especially given the price. The manual is well written, and cross-referenced with peer reviewed articles.

The exercises are varied, and are all shown online at the members area.

This is ridiculous Fat Loss Factor has brought me no luck at all and I have emailed and tried to communicate with Dr. Livingston Over and Over again. There is ONLY 1 WORKOUT SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN PROVEN TO WORK 

It is called fat loss bands and was created by a real fitness guru who trains & cares about his clients. 

For whatever reason a no frills approach and straight to the point this is how it works seems to have worked best for me. 

Good luck and Dr. Livingston you should probably start using fat loss bands your getting a little chunky yourself. 

I am in no way affiliated with this company, I just happened to watch the video in question a few minutes ago. If you didn't see the "5 foods to avoid" question answered fully, then what you have to do is the common sense thing, watch the whole video! Duh! I can testify that all 5 foods to avoid were presented in the video. What did you expect? That was the hook to pull you in, they're not going to tell you all 5 until you have watched the whole video that they want you to watch! Again, common sense, they're selling something!

If you can't close the video without using the task manager then your doing something wrong and/or your computer isn't set up properly. If you have pop ups all the time, here is what to do: Turn on the pop up blocker! Again Duh! I had no problems what so ever ending the video. In fact I had no problem stopping or pausing the video, every single time I tried, in the beginning, the end or in the middle just by clicking on the video itself. "Click" - done. It's called a flash video player, not unknown technology, if you right click in the middle of the video screen you can see this for yourself. You don't have to be a hacker to figure this out.  Please people, COMMON SENSE!

I have read lots of different reports on the Fat Loss Factor and I have to say the vast majority of people that have use the program have had amazing results. You just have to follow the program and it will work. I know it works because I have used it and still follow the program. I agree - The Fat Loss Factor does work. I am a consumer and have used the program to personally lose half a stone. If you have any doubts then you need to do a simple search - the ebook has over 125,000 Facebook fans and it's one of the best selling ebooks in relation to fat burning that is available. Yes you need to put in a little effort but you do with any weight loss program. If you purchase a book that states you can lose 50 pounds in a week doing no exercise then you are being very naive. First off, most of the complainers are the ones who don't follow through with things. "The fat loss factor simply does not work if you are allergic to foods they tell you to eat"

My reply: That is absolutely absurd, it's people like you who are too lazy to take 5 minutes to find an alternative, I highly doubt you follow through with anything.

I had to vent a little because I'm tired of people who complain on the smallest of things, I would be willing to be money these are the people sitting at home with a dead end job eating potato chips watching their favorite reality show.

I bought the Fat Loss Factor and immediately had buyer's remorse. I googled how to cancel and found a page from Fat Loss Factor that said to email fatlossfactor@gmail.com. I had saved all of the email reciets, which is what I forward to them when I told them I wanted to cancel . I got all of my money back and had no problems at all. If you select the advertisement and play the video,  it is difficult to stop. If you close the advertisement window they raise the audio up higher and offer to send the stuff at a discount.  They then remove the dialog box [X] which makes it impossible to close the window.  if this happens one must bring up a task manager and cancel any tasks with the name "weight loss factor".   Window shows about 3 tasks with that name so all must be canceled to stop the ad.

The button I clicked on was "5 foods not to eat".  They did not answer that question, even after about 4 minutes of watching the video the question was not answered.   If they lie one something as simple as this (providing names of 5 foods), what am I to believe about their wieght lost factor program.

If they wont let you close the window what does that tell you about their ethics?
