The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Dr. David Galler during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Dr. David Galler, DMD.

Wolf of Invisalign is owned and operated by Dr. David Galler, a dentist in New York, NY. He stated the following about his company, " I have a dental office where we do dental treatments. I also teach Invisalign at conferences around the country and around the world."

Leads for Wolf of Invisalign are obtained primarily through insurance networks and word of mouth. Dr. Galler proceeded to explain the sales and services that Wolf of Invisalign provides, "a dentist would sign up to take one of my teaching courses at a dental conference let’s just say the Chicago Midwinter meeting which is a conference in Chicago where dentist can take continuing education classes for improvement on certain techniques in dentistry or learn cutting-edge materials. I usually get invited to speak at these conferences and i give a lecture and the dentists sit in the audience and listen to take notes and ask questions and go home and utilize the techniques that I share.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – DR. DAVID GALLER, DMD

Dr. Galler was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Dr. Galler expressed that a common procedure is placing a crown on a tooth. However, if they don't follow instructions for care the crown can come off. When situations like this arise, " they come in and we try to make them happy and re-cement it in and we make sure they are comfortable and stand by our work. Sometimes people have fillings and they are sensitive or we take out a tooth and they have some soreness for a day or two. So we always try to follow up with a phone call or email and patients are always eligible to come back to make sure they are in comfort." He additionally stated the following in regards to patient escalations, "we try to get to the bottom of whatever was ailing them or whatever the problem with the tooth is. We are an office that has a few dentists. Sometimes we will consult with another dentist or to a specialist to help out. We will sit one on one with them for as long as they need. We have an emergency line that they can call to help make sure that everyone gets the best treatment possible. I always give my contact information at the conference. So if someone had a question about a procedure that I was talking or a technique that I was teaching they can always contact me on email or they can call me up I give my cell phone number out freely at conferences."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Dr. Galler stated the following, "We are pretty sure it is not a real dentist making the complaint. We have a suspicion of who it was an employee of a company with a vendetta. There are a few things in that Ripoff Report that are inaccurate. So it's not really an attack on me as a dentist it is a personal attack. Be that as it may, it is one person's personal opinion on how I am which I don’t understand how they can get that just from me speaking. That they took the time to make a fake name, make a fake email, and post something nationally. Just trying to respond to it. I have taken measures to be more careful and sensitive on how I present. And I feel like the accusations are a bit unfair. I have never considered a chauvinist in my life. I gave out awards at the conference they are talking about I gave out awards to the top dentist. I gave out 7 awards and 4 of them were female doctors who had achieved incredible things in 2017. So in view of the full picture, it is an inaccurate picture of who I am." In order to assure future and current clients, Dr. Galler is a licensed dentist with the New York State Dentist Association. He additionally a member of the American Dental Association and the president of American Academy of Clearliners.
