Dr. Gene Abel took technology from conversion therapy (to turn gays straight — didn'ty work) and rebranded it for boys and men. Dr. Abel suggest that parents sit down with their tweens sons and ask them if they have dirty thoughts. If they admit to them they should be treated as sex offenders. Dr. Abel also suggest ALL boys who have been molested be treated as sex offenders.
He's insane and according to him 15% of boys and men are sexual deviants. That means 35 million men in sex offender treatment and, good news for Abel, taking his Abel Asssesment at $250 a session making him a billionaire.
His tests are a total joke. Refuse to take one or risk being labelled a sexual deviant because you view an image too long. They're racist too with shorter viewing times for blacks than whites. If you have to take one then simply rate and view adult women at 6, teenage girls at 4 and every other image at 1.
Yes, it's that easy to con his tests.
Abel is the closest thing to a sex n**i the US has. Beware him and his bulls*** tests.

THe Abel Assessmnt measures your self reported respinse to 160 images and then measures how long you view them. Both are easily controllable by the test taker and the courts have ruled its witchcraft.
Yet, its still used to control sex offenders and many of them know its a total joke too. The scary part is Abel wants every man to take his Dianna Screen (same test with a different name) and then put 15% of them who gt a false negative in sex offender tretament. That's 40 million boys and men and Abel becomes a billionaire in the process.
