I just became aware of the existence of your report pertaining to Dr. Gene Ritchey. This report is without merit; it is not valid; and it is a long way from being truthful or honest.

The report states I am not a real doctor. I wonder if this poison pen writer knows what is a real doctor? Myself, I have the years of schooling to prove my standing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration in small business and International Business, and a Ph.D. I believe this is enough to prove my point.

Most of this malicious report deals with the book, Mobile Marketing and Social Media Increase Profits. I wrote this book in 2011, about in the middle of the year.

It appears this venomous report was written and submitted on 16 August 2011. The book was NOT released for publication by Amazon until 14 September 2011 and was NOT available to the public until 26 September 2011.

The whole report is nothing more than a bunch of unfounded, baseless, and venomous claims being spewed out as being true. It is nothing but make-believe hyperbola.

This brings the whole report into question, as you know. How could this Cowardly writer, who does NOT identify himself, know so much about the book before it was published by Amazon and became available to the public? It is obvious, this treacherous individual was NOT the author, nor was this treacherous individual the publisher.

To compound the problem of the validity of this deceptive report, there is the problem of the sale of this book, which must have happened before the publication date of the book. The heartless and mindless report writer indicates he had trouble getting a refund or didnt get one at all from me. There is a problem here. I have NOT sold any of these books to anyone. The ONLY one selling these book is Amazon. If this treacherous report writer had or wants a refund (assuming he actually purchased a book), then he needs to take up this issue with Amazon. I do NOT handle Amazons customer service problems, now or in the past.

This malicious report is not Truthful, Accurate, or Honest. To put it in a common vernacular, this report is nothing but a pack of lies from beginning to the end. This deceptive report is something you would spread on the ground around trees and plants to help them grow.
