Well that newsweek cover gave me a laughing fit. It reminds me of the posters you can buy at carnivals.  I hope no one gets fooled into thinking its any thing other than what it actually is. You used the word "mangled" and that is exactly what he did to my teeth as you can see in the photos. To me it was akin to being physically assaulted. Please continue to contribute any usefull information that will help prevent others from having a bad experiance.

All the patients that Dr. Arzate has mangled to pieces are the real hero's for coming forth with thier tales of distruction by him, and the wart on his behind Dr.Ibanez. Thier glass house not only has a crack...it is split wide open. Dr. Arzate is a poor example of a foreign ADA member who disrespects every aspect of the ethical codes in dentistry in America and Mexico.

If its one patient injured or a thousand in my opinion ONE IS TOO MANY!!! Do not support such buisnesses that harm innocent people and keep money they do not respectfully, and honestly earn.

We are an American family, and just like you we were also ripped off by this dentist. It's really bad that more people are being ripped off by them. We do NOT reccommend cancun cosmetic dentistry at all.

Had to post the photos because the evidence is in my mouth.Dr. Arzate has already been exposed on national news in Canada on Global TV.

I believe that exposing your Ripoff Report on the web with photos of your teeth was a good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear.
