Dr. Green Services scam, fraud, liars, Carrollton Texas

In 2014 a sales person came to our home offering wonderful grass services. Garaunteed greener, healthier grass. He offered first service for half price @ $25.00. He stated that there was no contract, no obligation, and it was a garaunteed satisfaction service and we should see results immediately. He mentioned that an employee would come to our home, they do monthly visits, they would spray our entire front yard and the back yard and it was about $50 mnthly. We agreed to do ONLY the first half price service. We made this very clear. They began coming to our house EVERY week and leaving notices on our lawn and on our door as proof of their visit. We called the 1800 number to cancel services that we were unable to continue paying. After this i continuously got bills in the mail, we continuously came home to the notices of their visit. My neighbors have advised me that when they were coming to our home they would get out of the vehicle, put up the notices for their visits and leave. They were not doing their job. Not to mention our gate to our back yard was locked to they werent even spraying our back yard. I call back to speak to someone to ask why they were still comning to our home even after we cancelled and i got hung up on with no call back. I called back and spoke with the supervisor and the lady said that the service was never cancelled. My response was the excact date and time of our last call  cancelling the service. Two years later I'm still reciving bills for more than $160 and now getting notices from a collections agency.  (including interest) These people are scammers. My grass never got any healthier and now I know why. THey werent even spryaing yet I continued to get bills. Scam, scam, scam!
