Dr Gregory Albert Charged Crédit illegally and won't refund Delray beach Florida

 I am ashamed and appaled that i have to write a rebuttle to this false claim. I am ashamed to acknowledge that i am the wife that is being falsely accused of using my husbands credit card without his consent. This started 2 weeks before my surgery when my husband and i attended an unscheduled one hour consultation to discuss my breast augmentation at his urging. During this meeting with Naomi (Directior of Operations) - was lind enough to take us even though we walked in without an appointment. She was exeptuonally professional and courteus to all of our questions and comments. It was at this meeting that my husband suggested 2 additional procedures in addition to the breast augmentation, which was also adding a nose job while we already paid for the anesthesia and the room at Delray Mesical Center. Additionally, he suggested that I should get an eye lids surgery at the age of 34, which I refused and Naomi noted that we will not cover the eye lid surgery at my pre-op which we scheduled a week prior 2/24 with Dr. Albert and Naomi. At this time my husband signed the surgery contract, gave a photo copy of his id, and his ss# to Naomi. The contract he signed explicitly stated you could ask for a refund up to 7 days prior to the surgery. As in most marriages we got into an argument 4days before the surgery. He took is upon himself to try an cancel this surgery as method to try and be maliscious. When he learned that he could not cancel per the contract he signed, he immidiately went the unethical route, and filed a fraudulent claim with the credit card company saying i illegally used his card. I am horrified at the unethical behavior he is displaying regarding this matter and hope anyone who reads this will understand that Dr Gregory was professional, courteus, and GREAT at what he does. I am ecstatic at the results from the surgery and highly reccomend him to anyone. Actually, my friend is going to have a same procedure as I had due to my recommendation. Dr. Albert and his entire staff is OUTSTANDING.

How come you did not call your CREDIT CARD company and tell them this???? The Dr has nothing to do with the credit card charges!
