Dr. Hassan A Gafaar borrowed $25,000 and Personally Guaranteed the loan. Has not made any attempt to repay. Will not respond or acknowledge requests for repayment. When he wanted to borrow the money he was highly visible and in daily contact. Now he is conspicuous by his absence. As a Doctor, and supposedly a highly professional individual, in reality is a total FLAKE. This is premeditated deceiptful conduct that should and will affect his social standing and lifestyle. It is the lowest form of deceipt and totally fraudulent. Pay special attention to this name and avoid it like the 'Plague' This low life should not succeed or prosper from others demise. This is stealing in a sophisticated form.
