Dr. Jason Hamilton Osborn Head and Neck Institute Unethical, Unskilled, Damaging Surgeon Los angeles California

So, after being very botched by a well-known plastic surgeon, I sought out the help of Dr. Jason Hamilton. He promised he could augment my nose and get the same look, by adding to my already damaged nose. However, after surgery it was clear he did not build an infratip or a columella or add to the bridge as per our surgical plan. I requested the medical records and requested a call from the surgeon. The office told me he was too busy taking cases before the end of the year and I was agreeable at first to the lack of phone calls. However, then, I found out they used my photographs, photoshopped them and used my private photos on their site---not only that but they used the original embarrassing botched nose, wherein I wrote, do not use these photos under any circumstance.

As my nose healed it was clear he also wildly shaved my bridge not only on the top but on the sides. Taking away tissue that I desperately needed. When I wrote to the office, they ignored me. The only time this person ever called me was after illegally using my images on their site. He called me from a Bahamas number repeatedly. When I asked about it he told me he didn't have a Bahamas number, however, i have messages on my phone from him with the Bahamas number. They got me to write a statement about the office staff, by telling me Dr. Hamilton would not remove my cast unless i wrote something. I told them I was nervous and that I couldn't see due to me having contacts and not my glasses. Grayson told me, he will not take off your cast without a written statement. i told them I was a writer and would rather do it at home. I don't want them to have something not well written. Grayson assured me that it was just for internal use.

A few days later, someone told me they saw my plastic surgery online. but, it was the ugly nose, so they were like, is that his work? So, basically, they used the botched nose without my permission and photoshopped it. Which is totally ridiculous. Since Dr. Hamilton refused  to call me I got my medical records, and found out he took out so much tissue and didn't do any of the procedures i asked for. When i confronted him they made Monica sit in with me because they know I could file a legal action at any time. Dr. Hamilton told me he thought augment meant to take away and he thought i wanted a smaller nose. I went in for an augmentation and he did the exact opposite. He removed two grafts but didn't build the base that had been removeed or build out any parts of the nose. He gave me another very damaging reductive surgery because he did not look at my notes before surgery or my photographs. He and his staff were unkind, abusive and totally unethical.
