Lawyers go to him to increase costs, not for a reality based forensic report. Rand is one of the Divorce Industry Parasites you hear about. who takes your money under threat of not ever seeing your children.
He is someone to Avoid, His business is just a shakedown for money. Other Psychologists said he has no method, and operates purely to burn up time on his court ordered hours. If reacting to a bumbling fool was a guide to parenting then your reactions to Mark Rand would be a valid test, but it is not Go elsewhere, Rand is not up to the job, and will greedily take a lot of your money while wasting your time.
