 Bogus Botox injections Ineffective No results I didn't see him open a new syringe. Dr. Mirza didn't even pretreat the area with alcohol or an ice pack. I felt the needle but NOT the usual" ouch" of Botox injections . the usual "sound" of the Botox going into your skin was not there as well. I felt none of the usual effects of Botox injections. I am experienced with Botox injections. I usually get 20 units and see results within a couple of days. I supposedly had 40 units with Dr. Mirza and nothing. It is over 10 days and there are no visible results and now that I looked online, I saw all these other complaints and one complaint states that he doesn't dispose of used needles. I'm very afraid right now. Used needles? AIDS hepatitis and whatever else comes with sharing needles. I'm going to the NYS attorney generals office tomorrow morning . This is quite outrageous
