Hard to believe.

AUTHOR: C.JAMES.SELLS - (United States of America)

This complaint is very hard to believe.  For starters there are literally thousands of orders that go out on a weekly basis and a handful of complaints in recent years..  Did you even try to contact customer service?  I will guess that you didn't.  All calls are recorded for quality purpose so if you did call then this would all be figured out for you. It is possible that the agent you spoke to when you ordered could of hit the wrong button and added you to the auto-ship program unknowingly, but you didn't call customer  service so we have no clue if that is what happen or if you actually agreed to the automatic shipments which is confirmed three times.  Sir I urge you to find something else to do with your time rather than filing false "ripoff reports" against a reputable company.

It is so unfair that anyone can write untruths about such a great company.
Dr. Newton's is an upstanding company in  Portland, Maine selling all natural products.
This business was started in 1995 and is family owned.
Dr. Newton's Natural, formerly "Media Power"  was and is a wonderful company to work for.
The products offered are all natural and all come with a money back guarantee for those who request one.   http://www.drnewtons.com/

In times such as this it is hard enough for business to succeed with out slander.
If you can't say anything nice don't say anything and certainly don't lie!

Dave, did you ever call our Customer Service dept? I work for Dr. Newton's, we're not a scamming company, we don't "tell you we'll send it" and then not... you may have not given the correct address, or maybe the agent you spoke with wrote it incorrectly.
