DR Power Equipment defective machine Vergennes Vermont

I have a DR power grader which doesn't work. I would like one which does work.

Despite having purchased a new battery and having spent countless hours on live chat, and phone calls, etc. my grader still does not work. Customer service personnel seem unable to pin point the problem and leave me with no realistic options.

Since I purchased the machine I have been able to use it only 3-4 times over a 2 year period. When it works it is exactly what we need and does a fine job. The trouble is that it doesn't work the vast majority of the time. In a nutshell, the unit does not raise and lower the teeth.

I have mailed this letter to the president of DR power since the problem has not been solved through regular channels.
