Dr. Robert F. Heary medical records pertaining to my friend are missing Newark New Jersey

I have permission to do this from the man going through this hell. John Guzman was injured on the job. He had a workmen's compensation case and a social security case. Since 2007 John has been fighting to get back his workmen's compensation case monies. Apparently John was living in NJ and the climate here did not allow for him to remain living here. He moved to Florida. He has been back and forth between NJ and Florida and vise versa. His problem now is that he is losing his home and his wife and children have no medical insurance.

If something happens to John ( who had to forego medicare because he needed all his social security monies) he doesn't have medical insurance. He trusted Dr. Robert F. Heary of 90 Bergen Ave., P.O. Box 1709 Newark, NJ 07109-1709 phone number is 1800-210-2695 to issue his medical reports to the Judge in charge of his case. Well unfortunately his medical records have disappeared from Dr. Robert F. Heary's office. John has called and called and left messages but no one calls John back. Identity theft is big business in this country of ours and if those medical records are lost as the office personnel stated and the doctor knows nothing about it maybe this way he will finally know for sure. Like I stated the family is composed of 6 individuals (2 adults and 4 children) relying on his social security payments. His wife doesn't work at all. They all rely on John's income.

Question is what happens next? They are losing their home and everyone is going to be thrown out into the street if something isn't done soon. John's medical records have been subpoened but the office is not responding to the subpoena. John also called the doctor's office this morning and as of yet no one has called. I get the feeling from John that the doctor's office personnel is running interference.
