Dr Theodore Pearlman, Dr Theodore Pearlman Texas Psychiatrist Chosen As Worse Physician In USA Houston Texas

These are filthy lies from "The Texas Butcher, or Dr Pearlman.

My entire life and career was catastrophically ruined by his negligent and incompetent behavior in dealing with me. And all along all independent private medical and legal counsel aside from my background credentials has confirmed that I do not and I have never suffered from bipolar disorder or any mental illness.

As for being invited under duress to dine at his home while I was drugged up and under a court order only to be returned to a cage in a mental hospital concentration camp that evening, well the black slaves in the south were sometimes invited to dine with their masters before being returned to their cages!

And so I have converted to Buddhism because of this sadistic Jewish psychiatrist as I struggle to survive on a daily basis because of his idiotic and brutal behavior 20 years ago. He is a disgrace to mankind! He has not made even one civilized gesture to make this up to me and help me get my career back together which I worked hard for my entire life.

I am a retired board certified psychiatrist living in California. Recently, while browsing the Internet, I read Dr. Harold Mandel's "Ripoff" report. Referring to psychiatric care he was afforded in Houston, Texas, twenty years ago, Dr. Mandel labels me "The Texas Butcher." Ethics and confidentiality preclude me from a medical response to Dr. Mandel's remarks. I therefore confine my rebuttal to non-medical information only.

Dr. Mandel did not report that while he was under treatment in Houston, Texas, I obtained special permission to invite him, a fellow Jew, to my home on a Friday evening, to share with my family and I the traditional Shabbat dinner. I leave it to readers to decide was that the act of the kind of person, physician  and psychiatrist that Dr. Mandel describes? 

 There are three penetrating lines in Shakespeare's  "Orthello" that I find worth repeating.-                         

           " But he that filches from me my good name

            Robs me of that which not enriches him,

            And makes me poor indeed."

I am pleased that counseled by his attorney, and under duress from the Department of Justice, Dr. Mandel has withdrawn his "Ripoff" attack on me, although he regrets having done so. I wish Dr Mandel the best of good health, success and happiness in his future.

I as the person who originally filed this complaint deeply apologize for having allowed the US Department of Justice to intimidate me into withdrawing this complaint. Such a move will not serve the public's best interests since Dr Theodore Pearlman remains an arrogant psychopath who masterminded "The Texas Torture Case" (http://t1c.blogspot.com). Dr Pearlman belongs in prison for the remainder of his worthless life in this world for his crimes against humanity!

I as the person who has filed this report would like to withdrawal my complaint.

My legal counsel has advised me that I should please stop allowing my emotions to get the best of me in dealing with such matters. I suppose my legal counsel is right about this and I therefore now feel this Ripoff report was not the proper manner in which to approach my dispute with Dr Pearlman.

Texas Psychiatrist Chosen As Worse Physician In USA Dr Theodore Pearlman, or "The Texas Butcher", has been chosen by me as the most incompetent, unethical, and brutal physician in American history. This ignorant southern bigot has taken the already seriously flawed pseudoscience of psychiatry and undermined it's credibility even further by sadistically and maliciously using intentional misdiagnoses of the trendy entity of bipolar disorder to make himself wealthy. This elitist psychiatrist arrogantly drives around Houston in $72,000 BMWs while his victims starve to death due to being carelessly stigmatized as suffering from mental illnesses they do not suffer from by him. He has fixed scores of swift civil court cases demanding psychiatric intervention with magistrates whom he is friendly with. Dr Pearlman has absolutely no concern or consideration at all for the concerns, desires, or actual mental state of his victims. He does not allow his victims to have any say at all about his forced treatment plans. Dr Pearlman does not do any proper medical, psychiatric, or psychological testing and makes his diagnoses swiftly after a brief moment with his patients, or victims. His targets of aggression are intimidated into signing health insurance forms to cover his costly intervention which is generally not indicated and always does more harm than good. This charlatan, who has single handedly killed off all reform movements within the framework of American psychiatry, has ruined the reputation of American psychiatry across the world by setting such ignorant precedents in American medical-legal circles wherein his victims human rights are grossly violated with intent. Dr Pearlman masterminded "The Texas Torture Case" wherein for the first time in American history a legally licensed New York State physician with a clean criminal and civil record was lured to Texas to be kidnapped, beaten, tortured and hit with a fixed civil court hearing demanding psychiatric intervention. There was no sworn in testimony at this court hearing which lasted a few minutes. The court gave this barbarian 90 days of outpatient treatment against his victim, Dr Harold Mandel, even though Dr Pearlman was pressing the court for a lifetime of confinement in a mental institution based on false allegations of threatening the lives of American Presidents due to heated tempers over various health care and financial issues. Dr Harold Mandel was intentionally misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder by Dr Pearlman. Dr Harold Mandel does not and never suffered from bipolar disorder or any other mental illness. This case from over 20 years ago has left Dr Mandels life and career in turmoil even though his credentials are intact and all independent medical and legal counsel has confirmed he is not mentally ill. Dr Pearlman and his associates were clearly interested in crushing Dr Harold Mandel's Natural Mental Health Care Reform Initiatives.
