Draco Enfor Brian Glanville, Karim Zayid I was ripped off of earnest money of 2500.00 to purchase a home at 2981 Belvedere Lane Decatur, Georgia

I gave 2500.00 cash toward the purchase (or so I thought) of a house located at 2981 Belvedere Lane Decatur, Ga 30032. The sellor Karim Zayid (representing Draco Enfor) signed a real estate purchase agreement received and the check, closing date was 05/03/2013 .
Shortly before the initial closing I was told there was a problem with the title, so we 'agreed' to extend the closing until the beginning of August. as the extended date approached I attempted contacting him but received no response.
Mid September I sued in Magestrate court however the summons can not be delivered because the company is not located at the address listed on the contract..

Alphonso London, Brian Granville, and Draco Enfor went to court regarding this matter on May 5, 2014. The case Number is 13M33669 and was tried in Dekalb County Georgia Courts. The case was concluded and order was granted in favor of Defendants Brian Granville and Draco Enfor. There was no Ripoff.
