I was called by a person raising money for Dragon click with a minium investment of $25,000.00. The person was telling me that this technology was going to be sold north of 1 Billion and was going to be sold in the next 30 days by companies like Amazon, Facebook, Ebay, . I was told that i would be making 100 percent on my money as soon as the company Dragon Click' sold. The person on the phone Isaac Grossman said he was the president of Dragon Click and was very succesfull in raising money . I was thinking why does Dragon Click need money if companies such as Facebook is looking to buy them. So i did some home work on Mr Grossman and i found that he should not be selling investments and he has got in trouble Sep 4, 2013 - CFTC Orders Florida Resident Isaac Grossman and His Company, London Metals Market LLC, to Pay over $121,000 in Restitution . If you have invested with Dragon Click or Mr Grossman i would contact the securities exchange commission at 202- 551-6551 and let them know you have invested. I Have done my homework with the sec and found that Dragon Click- Isaac Grossman is not even registered with the SEC to raise money. This is another S Florida scam to support there family and habbits on another person dime.

Ridiculous

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 26, 2017

There is nothing like a disgruntled employee when it comes to spreading lies and falsehoods after he as been terminated for making misrepresentations to potential investors.  If this person had any respect for himself, he would reveal who he is, but he hides behind anonymity because he knows his statements are false. Further what does this person know about SEC rules and whether a company owner is required to be registered with the SEC to raise money for his own company in a private placement???? It is people like this anonymous poster, who hides in the shadows and makes outrageous claims that must be feared. Obviously, the person posting this rant did not invest because he didn't have the money to invest. Why disparage someone who has not hurt you?  Unless, of course, you are a disgruntled employee lashing out because HE failed?

Ignore the ravings of this loser.
