drawingacademy.com Vladimir London Dishonored their 100% satisfaction refund policy and refused to refund customer Internet
*Author of original report: Vladimir London & drawingacademy.com did not dishonor their refund policy
Vladimir London and drawingacademy.com refused to honor their refund policy which states: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send us an email with a cancellation request within 120 days from the purchase date." I requested a refund within 120 days but they still refused to refund my money.

I am recanting my original posting. I am not eligible for a refund because of the Drawing Academy's clause which states: "We do not issue refunds for products that have been already delivered. Please refer to the Product Delivery section of our Sales and Refund Policy for clarification of the "delivery" terms." It was my error that I did not initially notice this clause; therefore, Vladimir London and drawingacdemy.com did not dishonor their refund policy and did not rip me off. Many apoligies to them.
