Dream Factory, Dreamteam Sells products that don't work then threatens lawsuites when you leave them poor feedback Ripoff San Francisco California

This product is supposed to be state of the art project management software that is delivered and hosted via the internet. It is built on the Salesforce.com architecture, a popular CRM software. Great concept, poor execution.

The problem is this software had little thought put into what it would actually be used for. It has the look of MS Project, but that's where it stops. This product and the company is the worst I have ever dealt with in over 10 years of being a development manager.

Salesforce.com, their partner, provides a method to "anonymously" leave feedback, either positive or negative. If anyone tells the truth, and gives a terrible rating like it deserves, senior management and the founder track you dwn like a dog and threaten your CEO with lawsuites. This intimidation tactic seems to work better than their software, since they are still in business.

The worst part is, Salesforce lets it happen. Salesforce is a great company who has turned the CRM world on its ear, and they should rid themselves of even being remotely associated with such an unethical and inexorable company as Dream Factory.
