Bought a $2000.00 dual chamber air bed about a year ago. The one side would not inflate all of the sudden so we undid the bed and looked at it. There is a long tear on one of the seams. We cannot get ahold of the company that has given us a 20 yr warrenty on this bed by phone or email.

Not sure what to do or where to go to get it repaired or replaced. We will look into the Jeffco Fibers Company mentioned in another post about this company.
