So what you are saying is Disney gives you permission to use there characters as do all the rest. This is important because they look at these rip offs. And the reason you take 50 percent deposit and put the rest on pay pal is not because you are taking your cut and sending and unlicensed person to do the job. That would be called under ground economy and thats illegal. The main reason you must tell people were your address is is because they are intitled to no were your  city license is. They are giving you access to there banks and credit and you do not want them to no were you live. Not to speak that they are giving you access to there kids and homes. But you Hide and do not want them to no where you live. What you are saying is a bunch of crap all away around, I do not want you to pay me anything. I just don't want people to Give out there credit information to strangers, there is a lot of thiefs out there on the internet. Good thing that the Justice dept annonced that they are going to follow all the paths from credit cards and see what is going on on internet transactions according to the news and my ability to understand  to the best of my knowledge. So take your 50% they can follow every dime. So please reply to all the above questions Kimberly Leonila owner of Dream Parties. 1. Do these people you send out work for you, are they legal employees?2 Were is your business license what city? It is our legal right to no.3. Why do you take 50% deposit is it your cut? 4 How many employees do you have that you are paying %50 to.? %. Has Disney really said only you are special and can do there beloved trademark characters that they pay to protect with high price attorneys. Kimberely it is my personal opinion that you are a major rip off,ripping off all the characters that you  do without permission and there owners. Ripping of the people who you send out the  non employees  by sending out just anyone to peoples homes. Ripping off the state that takes this money  on taxes that should go to the poorest kids in our nation, foster care, cps, and head start.  I could be wrong I do not no becasue you will not give us an address to check if you are legal or not. But you got one thing right, the state can get this information, even if customers can not. Will be waiting for written answers from you and all your friends that work like this.

I have never ripped anyone off, so it was a surprise to see an email with the words "rip off" in the subject line. When I opened the email, I found an add email from a Marry Higgins warning me that I had a rip off report linked to my business. She even provided me with the link to my very own rip off report....that she created herself. She has created not only 1 rip off report, but 2 using my old home address and old phone number when I used to reside in the Central Valley. I did a search for Dream Parties and found an older rip off report created by the same exact person "Saralyn from Los Angeles, CA". If anyone had any sort of detective skills they could see that this Saralyn from Los Angeles, CA, which is a area I have never done business in, is only creating trouble for my business so that I can use their services to improve my internet reputation. What the company does is creates false reports on rip off report website stating how I am using unlicensed characters and then emails me telling me how they can help me improve my reputation online for a price. They even went to the extent to say that my husband, which has nothing to do with my party business, approached them at a party to fix their computer. Really what they did was link my phone number with his computer repair ad and made up a story to make it seem more believable that we are a rip off. Notice how they rip off reports say nothing about us actually ripping them off for money or services but are making false statements and saying how we are using unlicensed characters when we didn't make anything claiming for them to be trade marked characters. This company is a headache and a half and ironically a complete rip off in itself! Don't trust www.improveyourimage.org because they are scam artists and false! Preying on small businesses that are working to build a good reputation by providing excellent and quality services by tainting their name with false rip off reports so they can silently attack our businesses on the sneek and then turn around and act like a helping hand pretending to help our business. Sorry improveyourimage.org but I wasn't born yesterday! I caught you red handed, you should have used a different account to write your two different false rip off reports!

To comment on what they are saying in this report... Google.com has my home address. I use the false address on my facebook page to keep my children safe. I have a verified address through google.com as well as Paypal.com. There is no reason to put my personal home address on a facebook or website when there are too many scary people searching the internet, trying to find loop holes into your life just to hurt you or your family. I have met many people in person and provided them with my real address on my invoices and contracts as well as paypal.com. I have nothing to hide from legitimate customers but prefer to keep my personal information private to protect my children from people looking to harm us.
