I ordered 2 Zip-Up Security I.D. Cases under their BOGO offer. The ordered catalog number was 94357 for one black and one burgundy. The advertisement showed that the wallets held 34 cards plus a bonus pocket.
What they sent was a credit card case, item 94254 and 94253, which only hold 32 cards. Companies receipt shows the switch in item numners.
They did a Bait and Switch. Customer Service would not admit the Bait and Switch. Superviser would not return phone call.
Cost to customer to return products would cost more than product price paid ($7.97 + 1.00 S/H) so I am stuck with the ripoff.
Do not buy from this company. Not reliable. Hypes products. Does Bait and Switch. Falsely advertises products. No Customer Service.
